google play store issues

[AC Question]

I'm using galaxy s4 on 3 network. when trying to get on app store it says no connection or connection timed out. checked signal status and it was quite good, -93 dbm 10 asu but still couldn't get on it.

I've experienced that myself and found it to be temporary. Is this a new problem for you or has it happened before? Are you using mobile data or wifi?
