google play store it keeps saying you don't have any devices!

[Android Central Question]

When I try to download an app from google play store it keeps saying "you don't have any devices", which is odd, considering I am trying to download the app to my android phone!

trying to music player on my Samsung J100H & also trying to download & install instagram but google play store won't let me download anything - because of this stupid "You don't have any devices" error

I have the same problem as the OP.

Just got a Galaxy C8 C7100 from China & it doesn't have Google Play Store(not anywhere: no icon, no app in App Manager), but it does have Google Play.

When I tried to DL & install the Google Play Store APK, my phone said the APK was already installed.

Google Play keeps telling me to go to the Play Store app which is VERY frustrating!

What can I do?

Very frustrating i have same problem on a sharp smart tv
