Google Play Store keeps stopping on my LG G4.

I started having an issue with FB app kept stopping...

Then, out of blue, "Powerful Cleaner (Boost&Clean)" app install page on Google Play Store kept opening without me clicking a link even while I'm on other apps like Google Map...

Then, when I close the above install page, and tried to open Google Play Store app, it keeps stopping!

Now, I can't install anything, although auto-updates are working.

I contacted Google Support and they gave me very extensive multiple instructions to resolve... from clearing Cache, uninstall the updates (which keeps update in 48 hrs...), remove & re-add my Gmail accounts...

I did everything but factory reset, which I'd rather not to do... i hate doing that. Because it takes a long time to set my phone up to where I want...

But nothing is helping... now some other apps won't even open! Like Amazon Music app.

So, I uninstalled it to reinstall, but since Play Store keeps stopping, I can't reinstall it!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?!

Does the trouble persist in Safe Mode?

Hold Power as if to Power Off, then long-press the “Power Off?” message box. The option will appear.
Reboot the phone to exit Safe Mode when you’ve finished using it.

There’s no need to apologise for novice questions. I’ve asked, and had answered, simpler questions than that in my time.
