google play store problem

couldnt sign in to the google play shows the msg "no connection retry ".

the wifi is perfectly working for browsing twitter etc

Try and force stop google play and then restart your device

it is still not working !! i think its not working on all my frnds phone and shows the same problem .??? any other solution
