Question Google Play System Update 1 September 2022

Xiaomi Mi 10t Pro, Android 12, No Root , Global Turkey Version.​

This problem was fixed by Google until 2 months ago. It would install the 67 MB November 1, 2023 security patch. I reset the device 4 times yesterday, but the security patch remains on September 1, 2022. It just won't upgrade to the current version. I uninstalled Play Store and tried it, same thing. I tried deleting all data, same thing. Do you think there is a new temporary problem on Google's side?

If you go back to my reply of Jan 29th I had to factory reset my phone as things got screwed up elsewhere.

This backdated the Play system update by a few months back to July '23, where it had been stuck for 6 months until this January when it got the November update.

Having looked elsewhere similar behaviour as been reported, with backdating the update after a full reset. It sorted itself out after a couple of months or so later and so I would suggest just let nature take its course.
