This is something that bugs the heck out of me, and I'm not sure where it should go. If there's an existing thread, feel free to link it.
Why can't some developers (even Google themselves) properly update their "What's New" descriptions when an app gets updated in the Play Store? Facebook, Google, and quite a few others are guilty of this, and it's absolutely maddening! Facebook's update page has stayed the same for months, and things have definitely changed in the app since then.
I'm sure there's a lot of other developers who do the same thing, so feel free to say them here. I think this is really something that should be fixed, and obviously Google has to step up as well. I get that sometimes it's just a minor bug fix, but there's no reason apps should change appearance or functionality without us knowing what's going on.
