Google Play Will Not Open

When I tap on my Google Play Store, I just see a quick white flash and then it just acts like it never even opened (which it doesn't!)
What should I do? I will use "Go Back To Factory Settings" as a LAST RESORT!

Welcome to the forums.
I would try going into Settings>Apps>click menu>and click Reset App preferences. This sometimes helps with Google Play issues.
