I have to say I am impressed with Google Playground/AR. Sure it is a gimic and I was only using it to play around.
That said I was using it in front of my entertainment center which has some glass doors. When I took a picture I noticed that playground was smart enough to reflect the vitrutal character in the galss. To me that is rather impressive and speaks to the underlying technology.
Will I use Playground after the first couple of days with the phone? It is doubtful but glad to see that Google put thought and effort into this endeavor.
