You understand my meaning. No, they don't actually build it, but they design it and pay someone else to pit it together. When I say they build hardware, I mean it has their name on it and the profits when it is sold goes to them.

Edit : I thought you were responding to me. Whoops, apparently not. My answer probably sums up what he meant though.
