Google Playstore stopped. No Bluetooth. No Google Play Services. How can I fix this?

Google Playstore stopped. No Bluetooth. No Google Play Services.

Google Play Services in no where to be found. My Bluetooth has message, "not allowed", Google Playstore will not work {please update Google Play Services}. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Google Play Services will not load from the internet. How can I fix this?

I have the same problem. The new version of the google play store has done nothing but cause problems.
