On both my Nexus 10 and Nexus 5 since last update Google Plus has been using a huge amount of data. I have it set on the Nexus 5 to wifi only but it still switches over to using a huge amount of mobile data almost putting me over my data limit for the month this all started on last update. Anyone else notice the problem, Google support was of no help.

I haven't noticed any excessive data usage by Google Plus. I am on WiFi at home, but I am on wireless data for 10 hours everyday at work. I am on T-MobileUSA and have 2.5GB of data to use each month and I barely use 500MB in a month.

Who's your carrier and exactly how much data is it using?

Try deleting user data from your Google Plus app and re-signing into your account(s).

Do you have it set to auto upload your photos? Just a thought......
