google.process.gapps appears when entering play store

Whenever I try and get onto my play store my phone pops up with "sorry Google.process.gapps doesn't work" please help ! :'(

Clear the Cache and Data for the Play Store App. It's in Settings -> Apps -> All -> Google Play Store That should fix it.
