Hi,

My phone was having some charging issues so I contacted Verizon and had them send me a replacement (still under warranty). I was running 4.2.2 and had CWM (premium) back me up every few days. I used the backups now and then so I know they were working. I used the CWM premium feature to download the backups to my computer, but now I'm trying to figure out how to flash/install (whatever the word is) onto this new device but I'm having no luck. I used root explorer to place the backup file ( a .zip) in the appropriate place so that it appears as a backup, but it won't allow me to install it this way. Also, I have unzipped the file on Windows and placed all of those files in another folder (also in the same directory) and can't seem to get those to flash/install either - (the biggest file in there is a file called backup.tar but there is no "nandroid"-named file). The old device has already been sent back to Verizon, and I've been using a Blackberry the past few days while I get this up to speed.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this done. If you've so much as read this far, I truly appreciate it.

(And yes, I am rooted on my new device).

Thanks,
Brett
