I can assure you I've got stock updated 4.3 at this time and the data handoff is not working - I loose data every time I switch from 3G to 4G and have to switch into and out of airplane mode to get it back.

I can assure you someone asking for a link to the 4.4 Alpha has not been running pure stock, and did not update from official build 4.2 to OTA 4.3.

I promise that I went from stock 4.2.1 and adb sideloaded the new 4.3. I have major issues, every day since Monday last week when I downloaded and installed it. I have experience rooting phones, but have never felt the need with my GNex.

Are you seriously going to argue that I don't know what is on my phone based on the fact that I asked about a 4.4 ROM? Why would someone who is on stock 4.3 not want the latest and greatest android release? At any rate, since you seem to have more info about what is and is not on my phone, I'll let you continue to think my phone is not stock 4.3. Now you can sleep better tonight.

didn't seem to help me much. I will have to try the speed test as you mentioned in another thread but if I am listening to Pandora and switch from 3g to 4g and the song changes, the app just hangs for a good 5-6 minutes. Airplane mode on, airplane mode off and the next song starts instantly. SMH... I really wonder if it is just the radio firmware/hardware for this phone though. My wife gets 3 dots/bars on her iPhone all over the house and I struggle to keep 1 bar lit.
