Google server communication error

Hi
My phone is a Lenovo p2
I have Android version 7.0
Recently I went on holiday, to New Zealand where I still am.
Hoping on multiple WiFi had synchronization problems expanding to problems connecting to Google servers.
I already
Restarted my phone
Removed caches from download manager and Google play services
I checked if two step verification was on, which is not

Now I am looking for Google play service on apkmirror.com where I could not find my 12.6.73 version for Android 7.0

What do I need to do to solve this issue and reconnect with Google server?

What model is your Lenovo P2? Was Google Play services installed on your phone out of the box?

Type Lenovo P2a42
And if I can remember correctly it was already installed on my phone.
What makes the difference if it was not?

I was having the same problem with a Hisence F10. I was trying to connect to google server using my wifi network for hours and it kept on giving the error " connection to google server failed. " When i tried to connect using mobile data it connected without any problems
