Google Services Issue

I keep getting Google services at the top of my list. Google now is off and I am only syncing contacts, gmail, and keep. Anyone know what is causing the issue?

No, everything is up to date

Uninstall the updates for google services, reboot and download it again. I just did this to an older Note 8 tablet yesterday where Google Services was using 45% of the battery usage and it disappeared after this.

when you say google services, you mean google play services? i have tried this previously, but the issue still occurred. i will try again though
