Google sheet to listpicker and submit selection

Hi

I need a simple app that will feed lists from google sheets into two level list picker and then once selected it will record in the same google sheet the selection.

Basically quick attendance check in

List of groups, then list of corresponding names to the group. Once selected click submit and it will get recorded in the google sheet.

I am totally new in App inventor and creating apps but im a quick learner. I have done the list picker and separately list view from google sheets but I just cannot do csv into list picker.

I will appreciate help. PM if you would like to get something in return
