Google Talk system files

Anyone know the full list of system files to correctly run google talk or where I can find this information? Tried google searching but it's not giving many leads.

I am trying to piecemeal together a fully functional gtalk for the kindle fire HD.

Root and download a gapps file

I'm rooted and have the ics gapps file but the kindle fire HD is a slightly different beast since amazon customized it for their own fit. KFHD has not been cracked yet, so far only a root process has been discovered.

I'm missing files and I don't know which ones. So far I put a couple video_ini into system/lib and gtalk now has somewhat functioning video chat but it's buggy as there is no sound and I can only make outgoing connections. I can't receive. Also once the first connection is used up, the camera will not respond or send out another invitation.

Sucks so no gapps package??? Ouch there's no cm build for it?

one more reason i wouldn't buy a Fire HD.
