I'm having trouble with the hearing while using Google video. The video is clear but I can't hear anything can u help me pleaseeeeeee!!!! Oovoo works but the video is choppy. Help me

If your volume is all the way up then it might be the way the video was formatted. I use Format Factory. You can set the volume to format louder.
