I was wondering if some of you folks can enlighten me on google voice and sms.
on verizon, i have 250 txt per billing cycle. I've been texting friends and family, using what I thought to be via google voice, but today I checked my text usage and it is up to 241.
Here's how I've been doing my texting ...
open up google voice, select a person I want to text and send my text message.
When I do this, does it eat up my verizon text msg?
When someone respond to my text, instead of using google voice, i'm using the message application that is in the dock tray.
Does this go against my verizon text msg count?
If I'm doing it all wrong, please advise on how I can use google voice to send out sms so that it DOESN'T count against my verizon 250 txt msg limit.
thanks.
