Before I switched to sprint my google voice was working. Now I cant make calls or send text messages threw the google voice app

For what its worth, I'm having an issue receiving calls on my phone. Outgoing is fine, but incoming goes right to voicemail. No ring and my screen doesn't show an incoming call

Mines won't even let me text nor call from it idk what the heck is wrong with it

I had an issue of my calls to my google number being routed to another number for about a month. Then it just stopped and worked properly. I believe it's a google issue
