Google Wallet account on hold?

i still cant purchase any single app till now. Hey Google, what's wrong?!!! This is so frustrating! Their support is damn slow as well! I responded to their email and the fella said he has forwarded my problem to an account specialist but till now still nada, nothing! Do they actually listen to our complaints? This issue should be made known to everyone, few of my friends' accounts have got the same errors. Mine has been for few days now, yet still unresolved. What should i do now.. damn man.. am really speechless of how this is being handled by them. So slow, no explanations or any reasons on why my account is being put on hold..
 
I upgraded my Google drive and it went fine then bought an that went fine then tried to buy another and it was canceled and back on hold again.

I set up PIN in Google Play and tried to purchase,but failed;

then I changed my PIN and made a purchase again..with success!

Now I can finally buy app and music as before.

So thanks again for proposal of setting up PIN !

Note: Clearing "Google Play Services" before PIN-setup is suggested.

If you never set up PIN before, you may change PIN twice, to make changes effective.
 
I hear ya man. I have the same problem except my card gets billed even though I recieve an email stating that the transaction has been cancelled and that I will not be billed. Wtf man. Any else have this problem?

I had the same issue one time and then called Google and told them about this error retrieving information from server in the play store and they said that my account was going through a standard account check and that I needed to give a photo copy of some documents which were my Id and Bank Statement. I was like screw you why would I want to do that. I did it they suspended my account then a few hours later I update my credit card and they did a standard check again went through the same process so many more times and they said there was incomplete documentation every time and fixed that by making a new account and my account was verifiable by the information originally provided.
