So after almost a full week I still cannot purchase apps and today morning I got a new message when trying to purchase an app.

Is anyone else getting this error message?

I'm experiencing the same thing. Right now I'm located in germany, just to make sure this is not a local issue could you list your loation?

I'm in New York... I've been having an issue purchasing apps since last Friday (Aug 3)

I think it's an account issue ... but now I'm getting this new error..

I got it to work briefly but then it denied my card as if no money was on it. Deleted my Card added it again but the issue persists despite there being money on the card.

Yeah! I caught breaking news before it was posted to the general public..

(still doesn't work for me either.. just tried again)

I just began receiving this message this morning (Texas). I thought it was because I had changed my credit card I kept on file. I went back into my account, put the old card back on file and deleted the new one. Still no luck. Then I noticed a few things. First, I've been seeing articles about Google Wallet making some changes, so I can only assume that has attributed to this. Also, on my phone and with Sprint as my carrier, when I select the option to buy an app, I'm given the option of either having it billed to my Sprint account or use the credit card I have on file. I don't recall ever having that option, so maybe that contributes as well. I tried many times and had noluck billing it to my Sprint account. Finally, I did a soft reset. When I rebooted, I was able to purchase apps like before. It did give me the error message one more time but this was after purchasing 2 more apps. I rebooted again and haven't received the message since.

I just came out of rite aid and wanted to try wallet with my new cruzerlite clear case and it worked instantly, not even hesitation.
