Google Wallet: Funds not added try again

My Google wallet account has worked fine for the longest time. I got my $50 credit, used that, and reloaded $30 back onto the Prepaid card (despite hearing that debit cards don't work, my visa debit card worked fine). I have rooted my phone, and flashed many roms. That has never affected my usage before. But then it asked me for my social security number when I tried to reload it, which is apparently normal. Whenever I try and add money,it always just says "funds could not be added, try again" and I never have any success. Does anyone have any experience with this issue or know anything that can help me? Thanks!
