Are we getting all the features for the galaxy s3 from the international version or is AT&T going to short us on some functions that the phone can do.

No wallet.
ATT and Verizon(I think) are part of that ISIS group. Trying to establish rheir own NFC payment system.

Can it be sideloaded? I would assume so, but seems a bit anti-competitive to me to not allow me to install and app on a device I purchase that has no impact on their network. I don't agree with the blocking of things like tethering, but still understand it. I don't see how they can legally prevent us from installing and using Google Wallet just because they support a competitor.
