Google won't verify password

When I try to go to Play Store on Motorola Moto E5, it goes to "Verify It's You." Accepts password, asks what account, spins ("Checking info"), and then returns to "Verify It's You." Repeats loop forever. Any ideas? Tried restart and changed password. Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Is this the main Google account associated with the phone, or are there multiple accounts? Are you able to log into that Google account on your computer browser without issue?

Try resetting Google play store , clear data and force stop.
