I also have a Sony Bravia (Android TV, obviously) and when I try to login to my Google account, I enter email and password, then I get the (Google authenticator). I confirm it's me and after a few seconds, the TV returns to the password page instead of logging me in. This is driving me crazy! Why is this thing happening..

How old is the TV? It's possible that it's so old that the onboard firmware is no longer compatible with Google's security requirements.

What's the exact model number of the TV?

That's a 10 year-old TV, and the last update it got was April 2021 (version 5.457). Since your version is lower, you could see if an update to the last and highest version helps: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/...xc_w80xc-series/kdl-43w807c/software/00343854. Unfortunately, that site says that the software is no longer available for download, and that you should contact Sony support -- maybe they might have a way of getting the update to you?
