I'm not that up on UPDATES. How come this one downloaded/installed so quickly. Usually, I see the usual "Apps being tweaked" prompt for quite a while. I may have missed it or it did not happen and the device rebooted rather quickly this time.

AFAIK, there is no reboot. Just the usual app optimization.
