got a early upgrade

I got verizon to give me a early upgrade and my upgrade isn't until June 30 2011. My thunderbolt will be here within 3-5 business days.

3-5 days? I have never seen them take that long to send something, usually it is free next day or 2 day. congrats on getting it early

I got an early upgrade as well. Not eligible till 8-3-11, but they let me get the TB yesterday anyways..

Are they really EARLY upgrades? Or just the annual upgrade you get after 10 months into a contract, that is seperate from the New Every Two?

Me too. I got an email saying to come in for an early upgrade. They charged me $20 extra. But I got a discount through my company of $50, so ended up paying $219 and extending my contract 1 year. I'm still on the fence though. Not sure if I should return it and wait for the Bionic. Now that the TB is rooted I may do that and keep it...

Tried to use my EU for the Bolt. Wanted a one year contract. They said no go since I still have time left on my contract still (which is a 2yr). So I said **** it, and left.

Okay well all know when you get a new phone they make us do another 1yr or 2yr contract depending on which you prefer. All I did was tell them I'll do another 2yr contract and they processed my order said I will get it by FedEx.

They gave me a early upgrade too........ It will be here on Monday and ordered the extended 2750 battery with it. I can't wait and returning the IPhone that I paid full retail price.

my upgrade is due on 11/11 but I'm eligible right now... I guess if you have biz account, and give vrzn tons of money, u can upgrade early, lol

The people inside the verizon store can't upgrade the phone for you. you gotta talk to verizon rep on the phone...and talk them into giving u an upgrade I emailed verizon three times before someone contacted me and said they will give me the option to upgrade.

I'd have to force myself to stay interested until 4/24. By then new things are approaching the horizon or would have already come to light. So I'm leaving all my options open now.
