Basically my WiFi signal drops and reconnects every 5 minutes, and sometimes I lose "4G" and all bars of service completely. AT&T told me to call HTC. The guy made me apply pressure to the back of the phone under the camera, and all of a sudden, my WiFi signal was strong and stable. He said I would have to mail them my phone, so I said no way, I'm not going to be without a phone for like a week or more, so I called AT&T, told them HTC told me it was a hardware issue not a software issue, so finally, after spending 2+ hours on the phone, AT&T is sending me a replacement phone.

Thought I would share this in case there are others in a similar situation.

been there, done that; my replacement is new I expect and works fine.

My phone didn't have the loose antena that is remedied by pressing on the back but it went wonky and I had to spend several hours divided between several calls to convince them to send a replacement.

Congrats on the new device and hope it's flawless as it should be
