Got my $100 HTC credit

Huh! Lucky you then, haha.

I haven’t received my code yet, but I would be aiming towards having another wall charger + USB C cord for my travel bag, then an extra cord to go with a portable charger so I have something HTC-approved plugged in. Wouldn’t mind having a travel car charger and maybe one of the headphones either, but we’ll see if they get put back into stock anytime soon.
I bought my phone right from Verizon right at launch, and had no clue about the credit until I saw threads on the matter. I definitely "should" qualify, but it's been almost a month, and still no email from them. I guess if I get it, it will be a bonus since I wasn't really expecting it. But it sounds like folks are still getting them, so maybe it's coming soon. I am sure nothing will be left that I need or want, but I'll take what I can get.

Nothing good is left, unless you want to spend another $100 on the JBL earbuds. Hopefully, they restock.

And people on this board who have them don't think they're worth $100, never mind $200. I considered them, but comments here persuaded me otherwise.

Yes, I did get lucky this time. To be honest, I kind of felt like I should have been entitled to it anyway, out of customer loyalty, at the very least. I've owned every HTC / Verizon flagship since the original Incredible and, as the tech guy in the family, have been personally responsible for the sale of dozens of HTC phones over the years. I gave Samsung a chance this year with the Edge but I never warmed to it; nice hardware, terrible software. It's currently for sale on Swappa.

I'm much happier with the 10...if only HTC knew how to market their products. Case in point: the RE Camera: that was a truly brilliant idea and should have been marketed aggressively. People always ask, "what it that?" and then say they want one. Especially at school functions for my kids - no need to watch the thing through my phone - just point and shoot and stay in the moment.

Yeah, got my code, but there is essentially nothing left in stock. Already have the Ice case and car charger, wanted the headphones but both version and both colors of each are sold out. Don't expect them to be restocked in time. A potential win for HTC is going to turn into a fail.
