Usually you read posts about updates from Europe or other carriers before I would see it come to AT&T but got notification and told it to install. Don't know the size but I see it's the January update. Hope it has bug fixes and helped past issues on freeze/reboots.

How long have you had your Note and how many times has it rebooted. I got mine (Tmobile)back on Sept 7. It froze and rebooted 4 times since then, plus the other day developed an issue with not charging, a "moisture in usb"error code, though it's not been wet. Samsung confirmed this is a manufacture defect so I'm waiting on a replacement phone - should have by Wednesday.

Mine was a preorder before launch so I got mine around same time but didn't really put my sim in a few weeks later. I have to look at back posts to see when it started but after the first one, it would freeze when charging overnight once a week like 4 weeks in a row. after that it became less frequent and then after I did a factory reset it was ok almost 3 weeks before it froze on me again.

The reboot that happened while charging at work about a week ago was a first (aukey charger and cable) and hasn't happened since.

I noted I had bumped up the resolution to QHD just a few days before and wonder if it may have had a part in it. I have since then brought resolution back down a notch and no issue.

I have never gotten the moisture message you did... but I did get the Low Power Charging message at times. And usually when I got that message, I would soon get a freeze. (edit... I was mentioning maybe an issue with supplied charger and cable but it also happened agaon with my Aukey charger/cable)

Keep us informed on your replacement.

Not bad -- they made the update still within January :D. Good job on the carriers for trying to stay on top of this (versus letting it lapse for 3+ months).

Sprint just launched their update as well with two days to spare.

WOW! AT&T, Sprint and Verizon the same day... can we get a T-Mobile? T-Mobile going once, going twice...

Ya got to admit, that is pretty damned good for a change!

On Verizon and I am shocked and amazed that it came out before the end of the month

on Sprint here. just opened the camera after taking the update and I have two white buttons in the camera app now. both perform shutter release action and one is movable. anyone else?

I have one white button but I can hold it down and move it and it takes multiple pics. Don't know if that is new or not but I just noticed it. I accidentally did it and it made the noise of taking pics over and over and I'm like wtf did I do lol. I like it tho. I'm on Verizon.

It sounds like you have the "Floating Camera button" enabled in camera options.
