got my v30 from Verizon today

Yes, I have s8,n8 and v30. The first is already awesome, n8 shows the most vivid pics and v30 so far shows the most natural pics, like them all. Only pity v30 has is the ram.

If memory management is well optimized, it shouldn’t be an issue.

And still LG isn't catching up on the camera performance with Samsung s8 and n8 when shooting at night.... I will test tomorrow during daytime

I am considering this phone and the N8. Which would you suggest to someone who is torn? I like the smaller size of the V30 and I am ok with LG UI, but I love Samsung Pay.

Samsung pay is my favorite! The only thing so far LG v30 wins me is it's size And design. That's why I have both. So far except pixel 2i don't think any other phone beats n8. So only if you really like to try some new stuff or else n8 will the one you won't regret

If your into photography/video & music I would steer you towards the V30 because it does everything the N8 does, plus it's less money. Imo wide-angle is better than zoom/portrait & I'll take a Quad DAC over an Spen

Thanks I would love to see them, from what I've read & seen the reviews say that those two phone's rear cameras are neck & neck when comparing photography, even in low light.

I'd love to know more about the camera experience. I picked up a G6 when they came out and had to return it because the cameras were terrible. The lenses are super slow so any pictures of my kids were 70% blur. Not so with the Pixel or s8. Also, there was a ton of post processing happening and low light photos were just pitiful. NONE of those things were ever mentioned on anyone's reviews, which is BS.

I've got a feeling the v30 is the same, just ever so slightly better.

Just got mine from AT&T store. All they had was silver. No models on display, had to buy from stock that just arrived. Still setting it up. No issues so far. No banding detected so far. Nice slim form factor. Will be testing all weekend, but so far a keeper.
