Got Skype Video Call Working (Non-Root)

Hey Guys. I found the same file on XDA and have installed it and uninstalled it several time and it wont work. To be clear, I am using:

skype_2.1.0.46_v10-1 which is the latest version from the XDA link:

Are there any specific setting you guys are using? XDA suggests a number of variations on advanced setting, but i have a tried them with no luck. Interestingly, I think it may have something to do with my front cam bc it wont stay toggled to front...it keeps going back to the rear icon on the ui. I get no video at all.

any help would greatly be appreciated. i am on the Inc2 with the new GB updated in july.

Thanks! Works great on my Samsung Strive, just going to settings worked to activate the video feature. Thanks again!

This is the post that I used to download to both my my and my wife's DInc2 and it works great:

I just scanned the code using beetag (free on the market) and it took me right to the download page.
I chose the first link (direct download) and it started downloading. (make sure you can download non-market apps by clicking the check-mark in Settings -> Applications -> Unknown sources)

Don't click anything else on that page, you should see the download icon appear in your notification bar at the top.
