Got some instagram questions please help!

How can I arrange my "following" and "followers" list so it shows when I followed people and when people followed me from newest to oldest? Also instagram deletes the news updates that I haven't gotten a chance to see if I don't check on them often...Is there a way to change this so it can't remove the notifications or at least remove them once I see it?

I figured out how to keep my liked pics forever with ifttt but is there a way to arrange my following and followers list so it shows when I followed people and when people followed me from newest to oldest? Also if I have a lot of things on my news feed instagram deletes the oldest things from news feed and on a busy time of the day I don't get to see past 2 hours.
