Well I switch over to Android from the BlackBerry Storm. I've spent the last two days learning and setting up the device. Wow, what a change coming from a Storm. I think I'm really going to enjoy this new phone.

You guys are impressed?? I just shifted over from a Samsung Saga running WinMobile 6.1! This is amazing, if only the battery wasn't always running down. Take the time and read the thread on battery life...

Yeah, the battery life is going to take some getting used to. I have to remind myself that this isn't my BlackBerry so I'm not going to get the battery life that I was getting with my Storm. But then again, this phone has more powerful hardware so this is to be expected.

I am also coming from a BB but a Tour. After looking at the battery consumption chart I have reduced the display brightness. Time will tell if it works.

Love the phone for the most part.

I had several BB's, which at the time I thought were the end all be all until I finally saw the light. My Android phone does about 100 times what my blackberry could do. Unfortunately, yea, I can't get 3 days on a battery charge or come home from a 10h shift and have barely lost 1 bar of battery power. I've adjusted though and am doing my best not to be neurotic about the battery life. I now have chargers everywhere and when on vacation carry a spare battery.
