Got the OPX + Cricket Wireless, IP Adress given to me is permanently banned on a forum

My title says it all. My IP address on my new phone is banned from a website I frequent. I never posted there with this phone, so I'm not sure what could have happened.

Possibly your IP address (that you currently have) was allocated to someone else and was re-used when their contract ended and you got your new phone. Contact the website and ask them to check the IP address used by your previous log-ins to show they have banned the wrong person.
