Got the Q last night, question about auto-punctuate

I'm not sure why this isn't working.... I can't get this phone to automatically punctuate. I went into settings and
Checked the auto-caps and that works fine. In the same spot,i checked the auto punctuate also. Well that doesnt work at all, not on the physical keyboard nor on the touch keyboard. Has anyone experienced this? And if so, is it fixable? Thanks!

After a chat with motorola, heres how you do it:
Go to settings, language, click the settings picture next to the motorola input. Se auto correction to aggressive and make sure that the auto punctuate is checked. Not sure why it didnt work when auto correct was set to either off or modest, but for me it didnt.
