Then you should be getting 4G speeds. Have them check it out and make sure all your settings are good.

I'm seeing slow speeds here also on T-Mobile especially at night.
This is happening with another LTE phone we have on T-Mobile that has band 12.

I know there's a lot of work going on in this area with cell providers updating equipment on their networks.
We may have a tower down due to network maintenance.
