The phone came in wrapped beautifully and I was able to go on the LG site and register it so I got my one year guarantee. Now I'm populating it which takes a little longer because I don't have another Samsung. But still it's not too bad. I don't know my way around the screen as well as I did around the Notes and I will have questions such as, is there a button 4 all the programs not just those that you have in your front areas?

By the way the battery that came with this phone was dated either 2/4/2018 or 4/2/2018. Super deal from Topurch on ebay.

You're probably asking about the app drawer. Go to settings > display > home screen and then you can download the Home & App Drawer.

Got the fast charger and the c cable, no converter end.

I bought four cables from Amazon and the phone is telling me that I need to use the cable and charger that it came with. I got this message from the charging block I bought, it starts with an F. I don't remember the name and I also got a car charger and I got the same message. So I'm thinking something is wrong with the cable that it's not connecting properly. I bought the large cable 6.6 in and it comes with like a leather snap on strap to hold the unused wire together. And for the car charger I bought this really small one that holds two cables and I'm getting that message on both ends. So is there a difference between the C cables and is anyone else having this trouble?

I bought a car charger at vzw and it works fine and fast charges. I've had some cables only charging slow no fast charge. The one I bought at Sprint works fine. Never got the message about it not working with any cable.
