Hi there Imran. Welcome to the forums. I am sorry your mum is having this issue. Has she installed any new apps onto her phone? Or updates to third party apps? This kind of message is often some kind of malware or adware that has installed itself onto the device.

Run the phone in safe mode to see if it happens. Safe mode will turn off third party apps and allow you to see if this message is coming from the phone or a rogue app.

The process for turning on Safe mode is as follows:

Press and hold the Power button.

Tap and hold Power off.

When the Reboot to safe modeprompt appears, tap again or tap OK.

Your device will then restart and it will say “Safe mode” in the bottom-left corner.

Let me know what happens.

Welcome to Android Central! If it only happens when opening the browser, then something might have modified the default start page of the browser to a scam site. Try clearing the app cache/data for the browser in Settings>Apps, and also clear the browser's history and cookies "from the beginning of time" in the browser's own settings.

In my mom's Samsung, we got many unwanted ads as pages. What can me and my mom do?

Since 8 days, my mom's phone got unwanted ads on the Samsung Internet Browser. In Opera (with ad blocker), Chrome and Firefox, it's fine. Bt in Samsung Internet, many unwanted ads like Billionth Search, Your Generic Android 4.0 may have a virus and other tries to popup. Please help me stop those ads in my mom's Samsung Galaxy A50 with Android 9 Pie. See the screenshots below:

Re: In my mom's Samsung, we got many unwanted ads as pages. What can me and my mom do?

Hi there. Sorry for your problems. I recommend you follow the guide in the thread below to see if you can isolate which app is likely causing these ads.

In addition you can ad an ad-blocker to Samsung Internet browser that may block these ads as well.

Also, see if she has an app called Peel Remote installed.

You've posted about this same general issue multiple times before. None of the previous suggestions have helped?

I'm going to merge this thread into your previous one. Try not to create new threads about the same issue, thanks.

No when my mom buyed her new phone, Peel remote doesn't exist. When I searched for Google Play 'Peel Remote' and 'Peel Smart Remote' I didn't found it on the Play Store
