GPS better on CDMA

Any one get a faster lock on GPS when you switch to 3G instead of having LTE or Global on?

I hope Sprint fixes this cause it takes forever to lock on any other setting.

Mobile data does not have anything to do with your GPS signal. If you have bad signal sometimes switching on Airplane Mode then switching it back on will help regain your lock.

It actually does if you use the closest cell tower to determine your location

You are assuming that it use the cell tower that it is getting your data signal from and not the cell tower it is getting your voice signal from (if they are indeed different).

I see no difference in lock on time between the different data modes.
