GPS comes on now on phone calls?

Does anyone have a fix or explanation for this? Thanks in advance if there are responses.

Which phone do you have? How do you know GPS is coming on? Do you see an icon in the status bar?

The HTC m8 and yes. It randomly just shows in the status bar. It's also not just phone calls now. It's just random times. Is there an app that will tell this?

Go to Settings>Location​, and look under Recent Location Requests.
