GPS issues M7

I was trying to use the GPS the other day and now it does not seem like it wants to lock onto a satellite and only wants to use WiFi or the Mobile Network and does not give accurate location. I turn on the GPS and it shows me in a location that is about 3 miles away. This is annoying and I cannot figure out a way to allow the GPS to work along (even in device only mode). This has changed since the Kit Kat updates and the Sense 6 update. I cannot pinpoint to when exactly it started as I do not use the GPS all the time. Anyone know a fix for this?

This could sound dumb, but most of my issues are solved by just restarting the phone.

If it's an on going thing you may consider uninstalling the last update and updating again.
