GPS Issues?

Anyone else having a problem maintaining their GPS signal since the GB update?

No, actually the GPS and compass both have been much better since the GB update (on my phone anyway).

Yes been slow to get accurate reading. Does using the google location option help or slow things down? Thinking all I need is to use gps and network location services and thought maybe google was slowing things down. Will try that and let you know but thought I would like ask as well.

After testing for a few minutes with google location off it was much worse. Rebooted in between and still was worse. Have all services on now and it found me quick but is a little off and I am in downtown Seattle with good reception. Will keep an eye on it.

Try installing GPS Status & Toolbox. You should reset your GPS and then download A-GPS data.

The clips on the back battery cover must make good contact to the phone contacts. Be very careful not to bend them as they are easily broken off. I think the GPS is the one near the camera. Hope this helps
