Can you please provide a little more details to the situation? Any 3rd party apps you may have installed lately that could be causing issue?

Sounds like you need to enable google location services. Have you done that? You must have accepted this before GPS will work.

Settings, Accounts tab, select google account, select location settings and make sure it is turned on.

It is hard to help without description of the issue. Anyway, if you have Yahoo Weather installed, try to uninstall it. It fixes most of the issues with the GPS.
