"gps on" issue, drains battery

Hey,
Gps is working altough 'gps sattelites' turned off.
At power->history it seems that the gps working all the time.

Any ideas?

Have you tried disabling the location services (or GPS) in Google Now. I think you have to turn off the traffic/distance updates in Google Now, if you don't want it to keep updating that info.
