GPS said I was in China yesterday an now FL?

Yesterday, randomly my weather displayed the wrong info, so I checked GPS and it said I was in China, tried a bunch of stuff, ended up doing a complete wipe and eventually got it working... then today...

So all was good on a new Theme, even loaded the new swype last night and the new market, working great....then just a few min ago I refreshed my weather to check the current temp and BAM....away I go, however this time its not China, GPS and weather both have me just off Snow Hill Rd in CHULUOTA, FL.....for reference I am in Knoxville, TN

I just don't get why it will be working fine and then BAM, away I go to FL.

So, as a recap.....

for over a month I ran JT's clean rom no issues...

thought I'd give the DJ05 thing a try, worked great for over a week with the UltimateNEX theme then started having the issue.....

I restarted, nada....

pulled battery, nada.....

cleared cashe, nada.....

full wipe, fixed.....

reloaded DJ05 with JT's clean ROM, still working....

loaded the UltimateNEX theme and I'm back in China....

loaded UltimateGingerbread theme, and all was fixed till this morning and it says I am in FL.

Any tips other than run the stock rom, no theme which I'll really miss?
