GPS Wandering on HTC Desire 530?

I compared two cell phones - an LG Optimus L90 and the HTC Desire 530 that I have now- with the GPS with DigiHUD. The HTC's GPS was wandering when stationary while the LG had a slower TTFF but more accurate GPS. I refreshed the GPS Xtra data before venturing with it; it would be accurate for only 20 minutes. I have tried putting it on high accuracy mode; that wouldn't work. I tried everything I could, and still nothing. Is there any way to solve this issue on the HTC?

Hi there,

Go to settings>storage>cached data>clear cached data,

Select automatic time and date,

Disable power saving mode,

Go to settings>storage>apps>all>menu>reset app preferences > reset apps,

Go to settings>storage>apps/application manager> Google play services> manage space > clear data,

Restart device,

In addition install this app from Google play store and open the app in outdoor and wait sometime for fixing the current location,

Then open Google maps and keep running the app while navigation.

Also, the HTC Desire 530 does not have a compass sensor. Any other HTC Desire 530 users noticing this?
