grand prime beeping

HI my mom has a galaxy grand prime and her phone beeps on its own and we dont know why. Does anyone know what could b making it beep.

Tell your Mom it could be a "Notification reminder". The notification reminder will send a timed notification sound if she has unread messages. Have her search Settings for "Notification reminder" and if it's enabled, either change the time frequency of the reminder or turn it off.
